Apparently this software ("LeapFrogConnectSetup_LeapPadExplorer.exe") was used to connect devices to LeapFrog Enterprises's intellectual/entertaining/educational content I'm guessing that "LeapFrogConnectSetup_MyOwnLeaptop.exe" is for connecting one's laptop to LeapFrog Enterprises's content. Therefore, these LeapFrog programs are legit.
